This is a rare opportunity to work near the redwoods and Northern California Coastline just north of San Francisco in Ukiah, CA with an outstanding team, which currently has several advanced practice providers and a Hematologist/Oncologist Physician. Typical outpatient oncology and hematology setting. Competitive compensation with guaranteed salary for 2 years plus RVU based reimbursement and benefits package. Annual Metric Bonus. Recent expansion will include 15 infusion chairs. Shared call, with light call burden. Hospital-based outpatient clinic next to the hospital, inpatient consults 1-2 per week, no inpatient chemotherapy. 5 weeks PTO, generous CME reimbursement. In-house tumor board (breast, general) and inter-hospital virtual tumor board. Dedicated breast cancer navigator, RN coordinator, financial counselor, specialty pharmacy personnel, social worker. Advanced facilities including MRI, PET, radiation oncology, GI with EUS/ERCP, pulmonology with bronchoscopy.
