Overview Enjoy leading the 16‑bed, state‑of‑the‑art inpatient psychiatric treatment facility in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. As Clinical Director, you will provide direct patient care, coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans, and manage the inpatient program within a person‑centered framework.

Key Responsibilities

Directly treat patients in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

Coordinate with clinical staff—including nurses, psychologists, social workers, and rehabilitation therapists—to tailor treatment interventions.

Oversee the 16‑bed unit, ensuring quality clinical outcomes and efficient operations.

Support the transition of patients to outpatient services and collaborate across the Community Behavioral Health Hospitals (CBHH) network.

Participate in teaching and academic activities, including CME and interdepartmental consultation.

Minimum Qualifications

Board‑eligible or board‑certified psychiatrist.

Active, unrestricted Minnesota medical license (or ability to obtain one).

Preferred Qualifications

Adult inpatient psychiatry experience.

Leadership and supervisory experience.

Interest in Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses (SPMIs) Psychiatry.

Demonstrated cultural responsiveness and experience working with diverse populations.
