We seek a driven, experienced, and hands‑on General Manager to build, lead, and grow our Arizona division, working closely with our Las Vegas leadership to replicate the high‑quality experience K&B is known for.
Position Overview As a ground‑floor leader, you will have significant autonomy and the opportunity for upward mobility.
You will establish the Arizona presence, lead day‑to‑day operations, and ensure all work meets K&B standards.
Key Responsibilities
Own the success of the Arizona division, including operations, performance, and customer satisfaction
Lead day‑to‑day operations: installations, service, scheduling, materials planning, and quality control
Manage and support field technicians and subcontractors
Ensure all work meets K&B standards on time, on budget, and with low callback rates
Maintain accurate documentation: job notes, timelines, photos, materials, and customer communication
Conduct site walks, scope jobs, and assist with estimates and proposals
Uphold jobsite safety, including OSHA 30 requirements
Build strong relationships with general contractors, clients, and vendors
Recruit, mentor, and train local technicians as the division grows
Help establish local processes, workflows, and culture supported by our successful Las Vegas team
Represent K&B Communications as the primary on‑the‑ground leader in Arizona
Required Qualifications
5+ years of low‑voltage experience
Strong working knowledge of: Access control, CCTV/IP video systems, Alarm systems, Data/voice cabling
Proven experience leading crews or managing technicians
Ability to perform fieldwork when necessary (ladders, lifts, commercial sites)
Experience with job budgeting, scheduling, and documentation
OSHA 30 certification
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
BICSI certification
Manufacturer certifications (Verkada, Avigilon, Lenel, Honeywell, etc.)
Experience launching or growing a new region or division
Ability to read blueprints, plan job flows, and estimate labor/materials
Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Complete 3+ weeks of hands‑on training in Las Vegas with ownership and management
Successfully execute projects to K&B standards with low callbacks
Establish strong working relationships with 2–3 general contractors
Implement Las Vegas–tested processes to build reliable Arizona workflows
Begin developing a local hiring pipeline for technicians
Build early customer trust and deliver consistent service excellence
Represent the K&B brand professionally while helping shape the Arizona division’s culture
