Here’s What You Will Be Doing
Overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10‑45 employees) to achieve guest satisfaction, sales, profitability, and employee retention.
Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and compliance.
Work long/irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed.
Report to an Area Coach and directly manage Team Members, Delivery Drivers, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers.
Interact with restaurant team, field operations, vendors, and customers.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Complete all internal certification programs.
1‑2 years of restaurant management experience.
Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management.
Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
