Description This role is located in the Thompson Youth Stabilization department and involves engagement, support, guidance, mentoring, advocacy, and empowerment to youth assigned to your caseload.

Responsibilities

Provide engagement, support, guidance, mentoring, advocacy, and empowerment to youth assigned to your caseload.

Engage and mentor youth to support their treatment plans, empower self‑advocacy, provide transportation (with reimbursement), respond to crises, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Manage irregular hours and your own schedule; administrative tasks are typically completed during the day, while service visits and youth engagement occur in the afternoons and evenings.

What does this position offer?

Starting Pay Range: $19.71–$20.67 hourly

Requirements

High School Diploma/equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred

1 year of relevant professional experience with the population served

Personal lived experience preferred

Valid Driver’s License and compliance with departmental credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards

All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test and an extensive background check
