About the Role The RTX Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team is seeking a Sr. Manager, ERP Analyst – SAP Configuration and Design, Production Execution. This role focuses on the design, build, testing, and cutover of SAP S/4HANA solutions to support production execution, EH&S, master data, PLM and MES integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business, digital, and cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and advise on effective ERP system usage.
Design and implement solutions leveraging S/4HANA, enhancing Plan to Sustain processes and aligning with industry best practices.
Support creation of new and innovative solutions that support digital and business strategies.
Understand plant maintenance planning, execution, and preventive maintenance tracking.
Understand S4 production planning and execution, PLM and MES integration points.
Assist data and process teams in data mapping, testing, and documentation.
Document configuration, process flows, and data policies.
Deliver functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversions, integrations, and workflows.
Mentor junior team members on Plan to Sustain business process hierarchy.
Ensure RTX’s future success across all Plan to Sustain functional areas.
Travel up to 25% as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent; +10 years relevant experience (or advanced degree with +7 years; or 14 years without a degree).
U.S. citizenship.
Knowledge of Plan to Sustain processes and proficiency in production master data, EH&S, manufacturing execution, PLM, and MES integration.
Hands‑on SAP system experience: configuration, data management, IDOCs/APIs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP, preferably S/4HANA.
Experience on large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects.
Experience with agile frameworks or iterative software development.
Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
