Hybrid – NYC (In‑office 4x/week)

Full‑time | Permanent
Salary:
$150K–$210K USD base salary + strong equity package
What You'll Do
Ship intuitive, AI‑powered features across frontend and backend systems.
Build performant UIs, APIs, and backend logic powering a responsible AI platform.
Own projects from user research to deployment and monitoring.
Work cross‑functionally with design, ML, and product to shape roadmap and user experience; drive product quality via clean code, strong test coverage, and thoughtful architecture.
Contribute to a high‑performance, low‑ego engineering culture.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of building full‑stack production applications.
Strong experience with modern JS frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and scalable backend design.
Track record of owning end‑to‑end product development.
Curiosity, product sense, and a drive to ship quickly and thoughtfully.
US work eligibility required.
Early‑stage startup experience is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills and a desire to work across disciplines.
