Position Summary As the Hospitality Manager, you will lead a unified hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support office events within the office and DMV. You will ensure seamless and high‑quality hospitality service delivery, implement efficient procedures, drive process improvements, foster a culture of collaboration, and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the conference center and related support services, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with office leadership to manage guest services, event planning, catering, and vendor relationships.
Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures for staff, guest services, event budgeting, and related functions.
Monitor and manage budgets, contracts, and expenses related to hospitality services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service industry providers.
Lead and motivate hospitality staff to deliver outstanding client and guest experiences.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with firm policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills; ability to establish and unify hospitality teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Client‑focused with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.
High level of professionalism, initiative, and adaptability.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a professional service or corporate environment.
Prior experience overseeing teams and managing budgets.
Proficiency with Windows‑based software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; experience with hospitality management software and event management systems preferred.
Expected Pay Range $97,000- $111,000 per year
