Full Stack Engineer
The role is for a Full Stack Engineer who will build products from start to finish, shaping features, architecting scalable systems, and delivering clean, maintainable code. This hands‑on role requires ownership, collaboration, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own projects from concept to launch, including design, architecture, and implementation.
Work across the entire stack, building APIs, front‑end interfaces, and component libraries.
Design system architecture that scales and supports product growth.
Build tools and visualizations to make complex data understandable.
Write reliable, maintainable, and well‑tested code using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
Collaborate with teammates and users to understand workflows and deliver impactful solutions.
Take initiative, share feedback, and help define technical direction.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a full‑stack engineer, preferably in a startup or high‑growth environment.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
Proven front‑end development experience.
Experience with system design, architecture, and software best practices.
Ability to think critically about trade‑offs and build for long‑term maintainability.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
A positive, low‑ego attitude focused on shared success.
Nice to Have
Experience at large‑scale technology companies such as AWS, Capital One, or similar.
Background in building AI or machine‑learning enabled products.
Experience developing internal tools or platforms that empower other engineers.
Additional Requirements
US citizenship required due to U.S. Department of Defense contracts.
Compensation Base pay range: $130,000 - $195,000 per year.
Location & Work Mode Arlington, VA (On‑Site only). Must live within commuting distance of Arlington, VA, or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance provided. US citizenship required.
