This unique sales role focuses on launching a new CNS treatment while expanding utilization of an existing on‑market product across a nationwide territory.
Key Responsibilities
Be a catalyst in reducing stigma in mental health
Identify and maximize new business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset
Access, educate, and partner with clinicians and key stakeholders
Engage in meaningful dialogue, keep patients top‑of‑mind, and help identify appropriate treatment opportunities
Operate with high integrity within compliance guidelines
Qualifications
2+ years of Life Science sales experience or documented sales results outside Life Science in the last 2 years
Entrepreneurial, growth‑focused mindset with compliant initiative
Ability to adapt and overcome changing circumstances
Insatiable curiosity for continuous learning
Strong ability to develop genuine, productive relationships
Experience launching products and portfolio selling
Must live within the assigned territory or its boundaries
Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary ranges from $83,000 to $94,500, with additional potential company car or allowance, commissions, and bonuses based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, company match 401k, and flexible paid time off.
