The Prediction Markets team’s mission is to expand access to sophisticated financial instruments by making them intuitive and accessible to retail traders. We focus on launching new products such as futures and event-based contracts, including sports prediction markets. The team partners cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, compliance, marketing, and research to unlock entirely new trading experiences.

As a Product Manager, you will lead initiatives within one of Robinhood’s newest business lines—prediction markets. You’ll shape the future of how users engage with complex financial tools by simplifying decision‑making and creating thoughtful, engaging experiences for our retail audience. This is an opportunity to drive new product innovation from the ground up!

This role is based in our New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA office, with in‑person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and researchers to deliver new prediction market and event‑based trading experiences

Define product strategy and roadmap for prediction markets and related offerings

Translate user insights into thoughtful product decisions that balance simplicity, compliance, and trading sophistication

Launch new products from zero‑to‑one, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality execution

Use data, experimentation, and market analysis to guide prioritization and measure success

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

4+ years of direct product management experience building high‑quality consumer products

Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making

(Nice to have) Experience working in fintech or sports betting

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Motivated to self‑starter and scrappy

Base Pay Range

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $166,000—$195,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $146,000—$172,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $129,000—$152,000 USD
