Chief of Staff to the Chief Transformation Officer
Position within DaVita Kidney Care. Salary range: $128,000 - $203,000 per year. Location: Denver (hybrid preferred, remote open). Seniority level: Director.
Job Summary Serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and plays an active role in value-based care, clinical, and growth functions across the Village.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Organization and Execution: Support the CTO in crafting and executing strategic initiatives.
Team Operations & Management Processes:
Organize and implement management processes and drive collaboration across lanes.
Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Support the development and effectiveness of GVP+ leadership team(s).
Strategic Communications:
Drive internal and external communication by crafting key messages and recommendations.
Special Projects:
Lead critical projects across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress, and prepare presentations for senior leadership.
Collaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize results.
Education & Experience Requirements
Prior experience in strategy, consulting, or healthcare growth/operations supporting enterprise-level initiatives.
Experience in healthcare services and/or with payors, physician networks, value-based care models, and/or integrated care models preferred.
Strong written communication skills and ability to develop clear, concise, visually compelling presentations.
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
5-7 years of experience in strategic execution leadership roles.
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
Comfortable presenting data and recommendations to senior leaders.
Track record of high performance and desire to transform healthcare delivery.
