Essential Functions And Primary Duties
Serve as the primary HR contact for clients, providing expert advice on employment law, compliance, and policy development.
Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll administration, and benefits management.
Administer complex payrolls, benefits enrollments, leave programs, and ensure accuracy in all data and transactions.
Lead HR initiatives including performance management, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.
Provide support to clients virtually and at client sites as needed, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional client service.
Participate in HR team improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
5–7 years of experience in HR (will consider equivalent education/experience).
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
Expertise with HRIS and payroll systems; proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and client service skills.
Ability to travel locally as needed to client sites.
Commitment to ethical standards and fostering a diverse, collaborative work environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
3 years of relevant work experience
Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses
Must possess analytical skills
Proficient use of applicable technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
