Position Summary This individual will be day‑to‑day business partner to the service business leader(s) and team(s) and will work closely with business to support strategic initiatives, portfolio prioritization, and complex financial modeling. This position requires an individual who is eager to work across functions/organizations and levels to drive conversation and decision making through valued finance support and consultation.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with service business unit executives to drive business performance, deliver on strategic objectives, and provide actionable insights.

Define and execute financial strategies aligned with AGS and corporate objectives.

Drive initiatives that improve profitability and operational efficiency across service offerings.

Partner cross‑functionally to support new service product development from initiation to release.

Prepare 4‑8 Qtr. roll‑out revenue and margin plan by customer, units, ASP, and cost that integrates the cost reduction plan.

Prepare 5‑year evaluation model of the incremental value the product creates.

Identify the key cost reduction roadmap for each cost component as relevant. Identify assumed impact, timing, and actions required.

Drive the financial performance of your business unit(s) relative to expectations by preparing QoQ and YoY revenue and standard margin analysis, monitoring performance throughout the quarter.

Continuously identify and track execution opportunities to improve standard margins, identify issues, help address/​improve, track impact.

Build KPI / trackers to prioritize management around the highest value opportunities.

Manage investment spending, develop ROI analysis on new projects and prioritize investments accordingly.

Provide financial support on ad‑hoc/scenario analysis and present to finance and non‑finance executives.

Partner with business and drive strategic process improvement programs.

Manage and mentor extended SBU finance analyst, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Provide support for special projects and/or M&A activities.

Qualifications & Preferences

Proven ability to operate as an independent finance partner to business leaders.

Strong communication and influencing skills across cross‑functional teams.

Advanced Excel skill required; working experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL preferred.

Curious to understand the drivers of top and bottom‑line growth.

Basic accounting knowledge.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
