What You’ll Do Forward-Looking Planning & Strategy
Develop actionable KPIs and objectives designed to accelerate both short-term and long-term company growth.
Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic insight that drives smart, sustainable decisions.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Prepare detailed forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis.
Build robust financial models to guide major cross-organizational initiatives, including KPI development.
Communicate complex financial insights in a clear, accessible way to leaders across the company.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work closely with department leaders to deliver data-driven insights that fuel operational efficiency and profitability.
Develop metrics and dashboards that improve performance and inform high-impact decisions company-wide.
Financial Reporting
Produce accurate, timely financial statements with supporting analysis and metrics.
Clearly communicate financial results to senior management and key stakeholders.
Policy, Controls & Compliance
Contribute to the development and refinement of financial and accounting policies that support company goals.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as reporting requirements for external parties.
M&A Support
Lead detailed financial analysis and due diligence for potential acquisitions and divestitures.
Support strategic planning that aligns M&A activity with long-term company objectives.
Ad-Hoc Strategic Projects
Own and execute a wide range of financial initiatives as business needs evolve.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, contributing to company-wide planning and strategy.
Core System Oversight
Maintain and optimize critical systems including FP&A tools, accounting software, Power BI, AvidXchange, banking platforms, and more.
Lead implementation projects and evaluate system upgrades that support scale and efficiency.
Requirements What You Bring Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
CPA or CFA preferred
Experience
8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in a mid-size, high-growth environment
Strong organizational development, personnel leadership, and resource planning abilities
Proven success operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while driving toward clarity and solutions
Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with FP&A tools (Solver/BI360 preferred)
Experience with accounting platforms (Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred)
Ability to administer and maintain BI and financial systems (Power BI, AvidXchange, banking platforms, etc.)
Experience leading software implementations and evaluating enterprise systems

Salary Description 170,000 - 200,000 Annual salary
