Saint Luke's is seeking a BC/BE family medicine physician to join our well‑established outpatient clinic at Hedrick Medical Center, a 25‑bed critical access hospital in Chillicothe, MO.
Job Description Provide primary care to a rural patient panel, collaborating with on‑site specialists and APPs, while maintaining a balanced 4‑day work week with an additional admin day, and no weekend shifts.
Position Highlights
Traditional primary care panel with opportunity to broaden scope in a rural setting
Hospital‑based multispecialty campus with on‑site access to specialists (OB/GYN, General Surgery, etc.)
Balanced schedule: 4‑day work week (32 patient contact hours) + 1 admin day, no weekends required
Support from dedicated MAs, nurses, and strong collaboration with APPs
Option to round at local nursing homes; routine clinic call handled by APPs
Opportunity to precept medical students
Same‑day clinic appointments for acute conditions; onsite imaging and laboratory services
Fully integrated Epic EMR
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) as a non‑profit organization

Job Requirements
