Compensation and Benefits
Guaranteed Salary: $375,000 – $400,000 + productivity incentives
Sign‑on Bonus: Up to $125,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000

Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality, compassionate care in outpatient and hospital settings.
Perform routine examinations, manage prenatal and postnatal care, and conduct obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
Participate in deliveries, surgeries, and on‑call hospital coverage.
Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other team members to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and uphold best practices in patient safety and compliance.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient‑centered care
