Pay Range: $40 – $45 per hour. on W2 Job Summary:
This position involves structuring profitable and compliant transactions, maximizing revenue, and enhancing sales force productivity for a leading digital marketing company’s North America division. The Deal Desk Analyst will act as a fiduciary, managing first-line approvals for the deal approval process including deal structuring and accelerating deal closures, as well as ensuring adherence to internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines. The role includes close collaboration with legal, sales operations, finance, and other internal stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure transaction compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day deal approval process, structuring transactions to meet company and customer needs.
Draft and certify customer contracts, ensuring they comply with company standards.
Perform in-depth pricing analysis and prepare quarter deal status updates for management.
Ensure transactions adhere to internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
Regularly communicate with sales teams for a consistent application of processes and policies.
Must-Have Skills
Strong Excel skills and financial analysis capabilities.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Apttus.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Industry Experience Required
Background in finance with operational exposure preferred; experience in tech or finance sectors is an advantage.
