What you will do as a Tax Managing Director:
Develop, build and maintain client relationships by understanding and identifying solutions that address client's needs
Facilitate the implementation of consulting and compliance projects including identifying, understanding, communicating and managing projects from inception to completion
Provide technical expertise to expand the practice and develop the team
Mentor, develop and support the growth of a team of professionals
Serve as an engagement leader by leading and growing new and existing client engagements
Participate in professional and networking organizations that enhance your career growth and the growth of the firm
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred
Ten (10) or more years of prior relevant tax experience, including experience within a consulting/ professional services firm serving FinTech, Banking or Capital Markets clients
Financial Services experience is a plus but not required
Experience leading engagements and teams
CPA certification required

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $155,500.00 - $416,000.00 per year.
