Dealer Account Manager – Remote / On the Road Westlake Financial is hiring a highly motivated Dealer Account Manager to educate, train, and grow dealer partner accounts through consultative sales and account development. The position offers a performance‑based compensation package with six‑figure earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate company products and services to independent and franchise dealership leaders.

Identify sales prospects and contact assigned dealer partners to generate new business.

Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity in independent and franchise dealers.

Develop, maintain, and grow current and potential dealer partners within the independent and franchise dealer communities.

Provide solutions and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and dealership partners.

Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and educate dealers on required verification by Westlake Financial.

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events for independent and franchise dealers.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in automotive, finance, and sales (required).

1–2 year’s previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success.

College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.

Goal‑oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.

Valid state driver’s license and significant local travel to current and potential clients.
