ERP Integration Team Lead
(On‑site, Carol Stream, IL, Monday‑Friday)

Pay Range:
$120,000 – $130,000 annually (compensation varies based on experience, education, skills, and location). What You’ll Do
Integration Leadership
Lead a team of 3 in‑house developers and 2 vendor partners.
Architect and develop integrations between QuickBooks → Dynamics 365 → Site Tracker using APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and other tools.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production integration issues.
Define and manage SLAs, error‑handling routines, and escalation protocols.
Data Migration & ERP Admin
Own data migration strategy: mapping, cleansing, validating, and loading from Excel/QuickBooks into Dynamics 365 and Site Tracker.
Administer and configure the ERP system to support evolving business processes, including workflows, user roles, and system settings.
Ensure system security, manage user permissions, and document system configurations and processes.
Post‑Rollout Dev Team Evolution
Lead the transition into an agile, product‑focused ERP team: backlog grooming, sprint planning, code reviews, and new feature development.
Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements in both Dynamics 365 and Site Tracker environments.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with finance, HR, IT, and other business units to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
Train users and document best practices across ERP usage, integration points, and support workflows.
Support Salesforce‑ERP data integration efforts, using SOQL and platform APIs.
What You Bring
10+ years overall experience in ERP deployment, with Dynamics 365 experience.
Previous experience leading a Salesforce and/or D365 implementation is required.
We are not looking for coders but a strong Project & People Manager who can see the bigger picture and is technical enough to monitor/check the work of junior team members and create a winning project plan.
