Audit Senior Associate

Essential Functions And Primary Duties
Complete all aspects of accounting, tax and audit engagements for clients including status updates to engagement managers and adherence to all quality control standards.
Demonstrate understanding of the client's business through analysis and planning of engagements.
Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks within the required timeframe, explaining variances when needed.
Achieve charge hour goals.
Review associates' accounting, tax, or auditing work and provide constructive review points.
Supervise associates on engagements when required.
Train and mentor associate staff.
Assist with client billing processes by supporting Managers or Directors.
Develop knowledge in selected specialty practices.
Leverage industry knowledge and business acumen to blend cross‑serve opportunities into client engagements.
Participate in practice development activities such as membership in qualified organizations that can refer potential engagements.
Execute administrative duties as assigned.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or a related field.
Minimum Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation or a related field.
2 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.
CPA candidates preferred.
Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple assignments, prioritizing each as necessary.
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
Proficient use of applicable technology.
Must be able to travel based on client and business needs.
