We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team!
As a Warehouse Manager for Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen you’ll be responsible for all components of the Warehouse. You’ll manage the administration of daily inbound deliveries and outbound orders to customers. You’ll also ensure a safe and healthy working environment that operates in a profitable manner.
Responsibilities
Partners with leadership to develop and implement key Operations, HR and Safety programs and change initiatives
Coach, lead and develop Warehouse teammates
Federal and Local municipality regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOL, EEOC, etc)
Maintain inventory, supplies and materials within warehouse
Manage loading and unloading of product and/or material shipments; record receipts and enter into computer system
Maintain service parts area and log all incoming and outgoing parts
Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and procedures
Understand & meet safety requirements for Warehouse and teammates
Assist team with lifting large units
Assist other Warehouse locations when requested
Deliver materials to job sites when necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred.
5+ years diversified experience in warehouse operations, safety, compliance, HR, operations/administration in a manufacturing or distribution facility preferred.
Experience partnering effectively with all levels of teammates including managing a team.
Experience managing safety performance and programs.
Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs.
