About the Team:
The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

Foster lasting connections beyond transactions to build loyal fans. Recruit and bring talent into Pandora across seasonal and core roles. Partner with managers and HR to resolve performance issues. Ensure visual merchandising, operational efficiency, and talent development are implemented timely. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Results-oriented leader with 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to connect with people at all levels. Sharp business acumen with analytical skills to deliver results. Skilled in recruiting, developing, and retaining teams, including succession planning. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems. At least 18 years old with proof of identity and work eligibility. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays; able to stand for long periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
