As a Family Medicine APP, you will work in a dedicated clinic setting committed to compassionate care and excellent patient experience. You will collaborate with a well-established faculty and a rotating group of Family Medicine Residents managing diverse patient needs. Position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance. Practice location: St. Mary's Family Medicine Residency Clinic, Grand Junction, Colorado. Typical day includes a variety of visits such as: Acute complaints Medicare wellness visits Chronic disease management Hospital follow-ups New patient care visits Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5, with two late clinics (5-8 PM) per month. Expect 32-36 patient-facing hours plus administrative time. Support and Benefits:

NP or PA degree from an accredited program 1-2 years of Family Medicine experience (preferred) Active Colorado license or ability to obtain one BLS certification and DEA registration Successful credentialing with Intermountain Health About Intermountain Health:
