Job Summary Methodist Hospital Stone Oak is recruiting skilled and dedicated emergency medicine physicians to join our collegial team at Methodist ER Bulverde in San Antonio, Texas.
Qualified Candidates
Must be BC/BE in EM (MD or DO) and EM residency-trained
Strong communication skills
Expertise in the evaluation and management of acute medical emergencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Incentives & Position Details
1099 position - up to 120 hours available
Avg 18-22 patients per 24 hrs. with anticipated rapid growth with staff support to grow as patient volumes grow.
Shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a, 24 hours of physician coverage
Meditech EMR
Methodist Hospital Stone Oak Bulverde Emergency Room and Methodist Healthcare System
12 exam rooms
State-of-the-art ER is staffed with board-certified emergency room physicians and nurses providing care for adults and children 24-hours a day, 365 days a year
Fully trained team to handle a variety of adult and pediatric conditions including heart attack, cardiac & respiratory arrest, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, trauma, seizures, pulmonary condition
Once stabilized, patients may be transported to a Methodist Healthcare facility in San Antonio, if necessary
