Family Medicine Physician

Salary:
$250,000 - $325,000 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient care including preventive services, acute illness management, chronic disease management, and minor procedures. Utilize the Epic EMR system for efficient patient data management and documentation. Leverage DAX Copilot technology to enhance clinical efficiency and patient engagement. Collaborate with medical staff including physicians, a physician assistant, and supportive administrative professionals. Participate in a shared call schedule to ensure comprehensive care availability and maintain work-life balance. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to optimize patient outcomes and staff productivity. Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest medical practices and technologies. Minimum Position Qualifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine. Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with patients, families, and medical professionals. Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills necessary for effective patient care. Demonstrable interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic EMR and DAX Copilot technologies. Significant experience in primary care, urgent care or similar settings. Proficiency in managing a wide array of patient conditions from pediatrics to geriatrics. Initiative to take part in community health initiatives and wellness programs. Leadership skills demonstrated through previous roles or projects. Additional certifications relevant to family medicine and primary care. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced clinical skills with the ability to perform various medical procedures. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Expertise in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Epic. Ability to lead and educate other staff members on best medical practices.
