PracticeLink Make Extraordinary Possible UCHealth is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BC/BE full-time Child/Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatrist to care for patients in Fort Collins, CO. Join our expanding program offering a full spectrum of behavioral health services within a group of over 1500 providers in our physician-led multi-specialty group. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments of child and adolescent patients admitted to the inpatient unit. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and social workers. Provide evidence-based psychiatric care, including medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention. Monitor patients' progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate and support them regarding the child's mental health and treatment. Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessions.
