Part-Time Infectious Disease Physician in Morgantown, WV with National Wound Physician Group Enjoy clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities. Become an expert in wound management through training from highly qualified wound-certified physicians and Fellowship Directors, utilizing cutting-edge clinical technologies and latest wound care modalities. Responsibilities
Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. Receive physician-level wound management training and participate in a wound fellowship for clinical excellence. Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily. Perform clinical documentation at the point of care during rounds using proprietary wound-specific EMR. Requirements
Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state. Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week. Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, with part-time options available. No call or weekend clinical responsibilities. Mobile practice covering a 40-60 mile radius. Compensation & Benefits
W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 annually plus benefits. Paid training during onboarding and 6-month wound care fellowship. Full health and retirement benefits, medical malpractice with tail coverage, and mileage reimbursement. Additional Information
