Privileging Criteria:

Minimum past 12 months—50 vaginal deliveries, 20 C-sections, 25 gynecologic surgeries (must include at least 5 major abdominal cases)

Immunization Requirements:

Must meet contagious disease workforce immunity requirements; offsite drug screen required within 14 days of start

Compensation & Benefits

Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance:

Lodging covered up to $132/day; rental car up to $40/day; malpractice covered

Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations

OB ultrasound performance & interpretation (Level I and II)

Surgical gynecology: D&C, hysterectomy, uterine suspension, anterior/posterior repair, tumor resection
