Technical Consultant – Paradox at Workday. Design, build, and maintain seamless integrations between cloud-based applications and HR/recruiting systems. About The Team
Paradox helps organizations reimagine recruitment with a conversational recruiting platform that streamlines tasks like screening, scheduling, and answering candidate questions. Responsibilities
Build, test, and update integrations via APIs or Flat File SFTP for cloud-based HR/recruiting systems. Act as the technical liaison and Paradox integration subject matter expert between team members, clients, and partners. Engage in technical solution design with clients and internal team by leading virtual and onsite meetings. Handle different HTML request types and end points while maintaining the API calls library. Identify areas of improvement within workflow solutions through ongoing research and validation. Ensure integration design and solution adhere to best practices. Maintain current and ongoing knowledge of leading integration technologies. Resolve support cases escalated by the support team. Mentor Integration Specialists. About You / Qualifications
4+ years of enterprise software integration experience. Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience. Deep understanding of APIs, especially Web APIs, REST APIs, JSON-RPC, and XML-RPC. Experience building integrations in API development platforms such as Postman, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, and/or SoapUI. Experience working with SFTP, Flat Files, JSON, and XML data structures. Client-facing experience with high comfort leading conversations with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior executives. Talent / HR technology experience preferred. Ability to own and manage competing priorities at any given time. Pay Transparency
Primary Location: USA – IL – Chicago. Base Pay Range: $104,500 – $156,700. Additional US location ranges: $94,500 – $167,900. Flexible Work
