We are seeking a skilled
Process Engineer
and
Backend Developer
with expertise in the BizAgi platform and a strong understanding of business process orchestration. This position plays a key role in connecting business requirements with technology solutions, ensuring that automation and process improvement efforts align with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Support requirements gathering by engaging with BAs and stakeholders across business units
Support the design and orchestration of workflows using BizAgi, considering platform capabilities and limitations, with a dedicated BizAgi architect leading solution design
Collaborate with development teams focused on UiPath, Blue Prism and custom solutions in C#/.NET
Ensure seamless integration of BizAgi workflows with other enterprise applications
Document functional specifications, process maps and integration requirements
Support testing, validation and deployment of automated solutions on Azure Cloud
Act as a subject matter expert on BizAgi, advising on best practices and platform constraints
Requirements
3+ years of experience with BizAgi in design, orchestration and understanding platform limitations
Background in process engineering and automation
Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath and Blue Prism, as well as .NET-based development
Experience with Azure Cloud hosting and deployment models
Communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
Nice to have
BizAgi or RPA platform certification
Background in enterprise integration projects
Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps
