We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Product Manager to join our Digital Product team. This role requires a seasoned professional who leads with influence, shapes product strategy, and delivers high-impact outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own and lead the eCommerce product lifecycle from strategy to outcomes for a product squad. Gather domain knowledge, including customer needs, analytics, and industry standards. Build strong partnerships within the product team for discovery and solutions. Clarify opportunities and priorities to drive outcomes. Guide agile execution, managing epics, releases, and experiments. Drive product enhancements, analyze metrics, coordinate A/B testing, and assess business impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

8+ years of product management experience, especially with consumer or ecommerce products. Bachelors degree in business, IT, engineering, or related fields preferred. Experience with customer-facing ecommerce platforms; retail experience is a plus. Experience with technical, operational, and omnichannel projects. Knowledge of integrating third-party SaaS solutions. Strong analytical skills, experience with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Content Square. Proven track record of managing end-to-end product requirements and launches. Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Interest in AI advancements and their impact on product management.

Compensation

Starting salary ranges from $106,800 to $155,000, with potential increases based on merit and experience. Additional incentives include a 10% annual bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
