Provide bedside wound care across over 3,200 facilities in 28 states. Receive physician-level wound management training and participate in a wound fellowship for clinical excellence. W2 full-time physicians earn an average of $300,000 annually plus benefits. Enjoy autonomy and flexibility with typical full-time schedules of around 45 hours per week. Paid training provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship. Requirements
Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state. Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week. Additional Practice Details
Work hours: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm) or part-time options. No call or weekend responsibilities. Deliver wound care at the bedside in post-acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. Visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day. Real-time clinical documentation using proprietary wound-specific EMR. W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship).
