We’re hiring a
Real Estate Accounting Manager
to lead financial reporting and property accounting for a growing portfolio of commercial real estate assets. If you're a detail-oriented pro with deep experience in CAM, audits, and loan compliance, this is your next big step. You'll be the financial point-person and a key contributor to our real estate operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting for commercial real estate properties
Lead CAM recovery calculations and tenant reconciliations
Oversee preparation of financial statements, including year-end audit documentation
Handle loan compliance reporting, covenant calculations, and draw packages
Maintain accuracy in financial records and collaborate across departments
Requirements:
5+ years of property accounting experience with a focus on commercial real estate
Proficient in CAM recoveries and year-end financial audit preparation
Strong working knowledge of loan compliance and financial covenants
Preferred Skills:
Experience using MRI or similar property management software
Understanding of waterfall calculations in investment structures
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
