HASC, a premier special education school, is seeking a Part-time Occupational Therapist to join our School Age Program in Brooklyn. Candidates must possess a NYS Professional License. Experience with the special education population is a plus. Start Date:
Immediate hire for September! Responsibilities include:
Administer assessment procedures according to standardized or recommended techniques. Establish functional and attainable goals and objectives. Adapt assessment methods when usual procedures are not practical. Develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate IFSP/IEP goals and appropriate curriculum models. Maintain a safe, neat, and organized work environment. Understand the impact of billing on the program and work to maintain control over costs. Opportunity:
