Registered Nurse II Base Rate:
$43.41 – $63.83 (12 hr. shifts, overtime after 8 hours) Sign-on/Retention Bonus:
$10,000 (Full Time Only) Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse II is responsible for patient-centered care coordination, education, and leadership within a clinical setting. Essential functions include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and evaluate care plans. The RN must uphold professional standards and utilize effective communication techniques, including AIDET principles. Qualifications:
One year of experience preferred, current RN license, BLS certification, and additional certifications for Emergency Department roles (ACLS, PALS). Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills are essential.
