Overview
The Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Evening shift, performs laboratory procedure on specimens from inpatient and outpatients and assist the Coordinator in the daily operations of the Laboratory. Performs intrument responsibilities and all basic LIS functions. Assist in maintaining adequate supplies by communicating shortages and preparing reagents as needed. Acts under the direction of Lab Director, Coordinators and/ or Pathologists in other necesssary activities consistent with training, education, and professional ethics. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related science. Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license. Two years of recent laboratory experience, one year of which was in a hospital laboratory.
