Summary:
The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the Nursing Department’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain high-quality care.
Essential Duties:
Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing department functions. Coordinate nursing services with other resident care services. Handle administrative tasks including medical documentation. Ensure adequate staffing and resources for quality care.
