M-F 8AM to 5PM EST The resource is needed for ITS-AppDev to implement & support the new Customer Experience Management System (CEMS) built in-house for managing the Managed Care Entities, SPBM OHCW Waiver members. The application aims to develop a unified software solution to meet CMS grievance system requirements for all FFS waivers & SPBM grievances & appeals, address MCP grievance data storage and analytics, and provide visibility to complaints received by Ohio Home Care Waiver (OHCW) Case Management Agencies (CMAs). The scope includes Salesforce system development, workflow design & documentation. Phase 2 is scheduled for Jan 1, 2026, to enable direct submission of grievances & complaints. Responsibilities

Collaborate with business teams to understand processes and translate needs into Salesforce requirements for configuration and development. Participate in all project phases from kickoff to post-production support. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions. Create customized reports and dashboards. Manage user testing, including test plans and cases. Document processes, policies, configurations, and user guides. Follow Salesforce best practices for release management and deployments. Mentor and train state development resources. Day-to-Day Job Duties

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy solutions on the Force.com platform. Maintain and enhance workflows, flows, and configurations. Develop and manage communities. Identify system change needs and communicate them proactively. Create advanced reports and dashboards, respond to ad hoc requests. Handle third-party integrations and troubleshoot issues. Work with leadership to improve operational efficiencies and customer experience. Create documentation and change requests. Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing. Validate test cases and results. Develop complex reports for senior management. Follow report building best practices to maintain performance. Assist in migrating older systems into Salesforce. Import data using Salesforce tools like Data Loader. Log and resolve system issues. Monitor backend system integrations. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skill Sets

Solid Salesforce.com skills, including setup and configuration. Experience with Communities and CRM concepts. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related. 8-10 years in information systems analysis, design, and development. At least 5 years in Salesforce development and administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud). Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript. Experience in building and managing communities. Strong background in SFDC data modeling, migration, and integration. Experience with Salesforce reporting tools. Experience with Salesforce tools like Data Loader, SFDC Outlook connector, Jitterbit, MuleSoft. API integration experience (REST & SOAP). 5+ years in SCRUM/Agile practices. Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce tools like Flosum, Ownbackup preferred. Desired Skill Sets
