Commercial Roofing Operations Manager Full-time | On-site | Washington, DC A growing commercial roofing contractor is hiring an experienced operations leader to run their service division in the DC metro area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how to run a business—managing sales, crews, customer relationships, and budgets. You’ll lead a high-performing team and ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations for commercial roofing service projects Manage crews, office staff, scheduling, and budgets Support sales and help secure and execute service contracts Monitor job progress, invoicing, and customer communication Maintain safety and quality standards across all service work What We’re Looking For: Background in commercial flat/single-ply roofing Hands-on experience leading operations, preferably with P&L ownership Comfortable working a 45-hour week, with flexibility as needed Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills What’s Offered: $115K–$135K base salary plus bonus potential Full benefits package and long-term growth opportunity This is a direct hire role with a well-established company.
