Team : oncologists, breast surgeons, APCs, RNs, MAs, LICSWs
Adult patient population, average daily census 15-20
Primarily outpatient, some inpatient consults (hospital across the street)
Infusion center with 17 chairs located in the same building
Participation in multi-disciplinary tumor board
EPIC implemented across the health system
