Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney (Remote and Contract Opportunity)
Do you enjoy handling labor & employment litigation matters? Latitude is seeking an attorney with at least four years of labor & employment litigation experience (either defense or plaintiff side) to work completely remote with a firm that has offices throughout California. The successful candidate should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, be competent in written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings, and be licensed in California. Experience with PAGA and/or wage‑and‑hour claims is a plus, but is not required.
Minimum Qualifications of the Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney (Remote and Contract Opportunity)
4+ years of labor & employment litigation experience (either defense or plaintiff side)
Excellent communication skills
Capability and experience to work independently and as part of a team
Licensed in California
Excellent academic credentials
Outstanding references
Position Details of the Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney (Remote and Contract Opportunity)
Type of role: Engagement
Schedule: Full-time or Part-Time
Location: Completely Remote and anywhere in the United States (must be California licensed)
Compensation The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $190,000 to $205,000 when calculated on a full‑time basis. Pay is based on many factors, including experience, qualifications, credentials and location. Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees and are eligible for full benefits when working 20 or more hours per week, including a qualified 401(k) plan, Group Life, LTD and AD&D, professional liability insurance, a CLE stipend and a professional expense stipend.
