We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Normandy, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer service.
Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns
Train, supervise, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards
Assist in inventory management and stock control
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Handle phone orders and coordinate timely food preparation and delivery
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional activities
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving store performance
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems
Time‑management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Food safety certification (preferred)
