Cultivate a welcoming and therapeutic environment for members, guests, and employees. Empower your team to succeed through ongoing training, clear expectations, and regular feedback. Act as the go-to leader for both team members and guests, resolving challenges with professionalism and care. Build strong, lasting relationships with your team, members, and guests, ensuring everyone feels valued and connected to our mission of stress-free living. Advocate for and inspire a holistic approach to health, promoting alternative and science-backed therapies proven to enhance well-being and reduce stress. Requirements
Who You Are: A natural leader passionate about helping people grow and succeed. You enjoy coaching your team to meet and exceed goals while fostering a supportive and collaborative culture. Committed to wellness and health, with a genuine interest in helping others experience the benefits of innovative and effective therapies. Experienced in management, sales, or a customer-focused service industry (spa, gym, salon, or wellness center experience is a plus!). Skilled in navigating challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism, always maintaining a constructive and positive tone.
