Tri-Tech Surveying has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Survey Technician /SIT in Houston , Texas. Responsibilities and Duties Draft Subdivision Plats, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and other related Surveys. Prepare Record Drawings from Field As-Built Surveys Coordinate with Project Managers, RPLS, Field Crews, and Clients Write Legal Descriptions Prepare Exhibits and Sketches Review of Legal Descriptions and Title Information Preferred Qualifications Land Surveying background Degree from Technical School or College Knowledgeable in AutoCAD Civil 3D Minimum of 3-5 years experience Experience drafting various types of surveying including boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM, subdivisions, construction stakeouts, etc.
