Job Description We are seeking an experienced

Integration Architect

who is passionate about driving strategic integration initiatives and delivering measurable business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

enterprise integration strategy and solution architecture , with hands‑on expertise in designing and implementing modern integration frameworks, technologies, and methodologies.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our digital transformation programs, including initiatives such as

touchless order processing ,

ecommerce strategy , and

omni‑channel customer experience . Your contributions will directly impact the scalability, agility, and efficiency of our enterprise systems.

Job Responsibilities

Define enterprise integration strategy and architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.

Develop and maintain integration frameworks, standards, and reusable components.

Architect and design integration solutions leveraging iPaaS platforms for both rapid low‑code/no‑code use cases and complex, enterprise‑grade integrations.

Serve as key subject‑matter expert in the field of global middleware, maintaining a deep understanding of the field and its related technologies.

Design API‑first and event‑driven integration patterns, including API management and real‑time messaging.

Collaborate with application owners, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integration designs.

Set up EDI & integration strategy including the intake and delivery processes to integrate customers and suppliers as required by the business.

Develop integration architecture and deploy a modern integration platform (Boomi) to deliver EDI/Application Integrations.

Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to technology leadership on future roadmaps.

Integration Operations

Oversee the integration function to ensure ongoing maintenance, upgrades, expansions, architecture, and modernization.

Establish SLAs for the technology areas; identify and resolve issues.

Help define and set platform best practices and standards.

Lead onboarding of new trading partners.

Execute proof of concepts and/or technology capabilities demonstration projects.

Partner with various stakeholders and teams of IT experts to provide standards and best practices on integration platforms and methods used across the enterprise.

Provide audit & compliance support as needed.

MUST HAVE

7+ years of experience leading enterprise‑level integrations.

5+ years of experience with system integrations across ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, and/or related systems; any EDI specific experience preferred.

Experience managing and leading large projects.

Experience in Dell Boomi or similar environment: design & setup, process design, development, and deployment. Boomi certification is a plus.

Experience developing with XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, Webservice.

Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, orchestration, and error‑handling strategies.

Proficient knowledge of iPaaS concepts, integration design patterns, and integration topologies.

WE VALUE

ERP development or support experience in order management is a plus.

Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and creatively develop solutions.

Effective collaboration with all levels of management and staff in a diverse, global environment.

Proven experience in developing and articulating technology strategies to various levels in the organization.

Hiring Salary Range: Typical range USD 132,954.55 to 195,000.0 per year, varying by location.

Incentive Eligible: RBP (performance‑based bonus of up to 10% of annual base)
