Lead Field Service Technician‑HVAC Controls/Fire Alarm (NICET) - $10K SIGN-ON BONUS Honeywell is offering a $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! As a Lead Field Service Technician‑HVAC Controls/Fire Alarm you will provide exceptional technical support and service to our customers in the Industrial Controls and Networking field. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensure successful implementation of our solutions, and drive customer satisfaction.

Report directly to Sr Field Service Supervisor. Support clients in Hazelton, PA and north to Scranton, PA. Must reside within 100‑mile radius of Wilkes‑Barre, PA metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers in the industrial controls and networking field.

Provide advanced technical support and expertise for ethernet, PLC, industrial controls and networking solutions.

Apply safe practices to the installation and troubleshooting of modern building automation systems.

May be required to work off‑hours, on weekends, and/or holidays due to the nature of the discipline.

Avail for on‑call rotation.

Company vehicle will be provided to travel to company sites.

Travel: 90%+.

Qualifications

3+ years of field service experience in HVAC, industrial or fire controls, fire, card access and security.

NICET Level 1 certification, required.

Strong technical knowledge and experience in ethernet, PLCs or industrial controls and networking.

High School Diploma or GED.

Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong guidance and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently.

Effective communication and people‑oriented skills.

Experienced in MS Office.

Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

NICET Level 2 or above, a plus.

Previous technical/installation experience.

Displays industry professionalism such as work ethic, communication, and time‑management.

Previous customer service experience.

Good written and oral communication.

Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes.
