Job Description

Must be a US Citizen.

Job Family Definition Accountable for development, planning, execution, and management of various activities related to materials and inventory control for materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Responsibilities include logistics coordination, shipping/receiving, distribution, storage, cycle counting, inspection, order fulfillment, shipping, kitting, material movement, ensuring physical inventory, maintaining records, and scheduling work. At exempt level, compiling data for reports and statistical analysis.

Management Level Definition Applies extensive knowledge of the job skills, policies and procedures to complex tasks with minimal supervision. Provides guidance to other non‑exempt employees and works on creative solutions.

Responsibilities

Perform varied and general tasks involved in controlling inventory; shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

Support complex‑level transactional processes for specialized job assignments with minimal supervision.

Serve as a primary data resource for exempt‑level employees by delivering specialized reports, typically in a consultative manner.

Identify complex level functional process anomalies and lead tasks to resolve issues, e.g., schedule and audit of cycle counts.

Mentor contributors in lower‑level roles.

Monitor the execution of process‑oriented tasks of others in lower‑level roles.

Provide troubleshooting and problem‑solving support for basic‑to‑complex level problems related to function.

Education And Experience Required

Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Typically 4-6 years of experience in materials and distribution, preferably in a technical environment.

Knowledge And Skills

Excellent knowledge of warehouse management applications and Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Mastery of English and local language.

Excellent technical knowledge specific to business function.

Excellent multi‑tasking ability.

Basic project management skills.

States with Pay Range Requirement The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is $19.00–$39.00 per hour. Actual offer may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, or skill level. Variable incentives may also be offered.
