Responsibilities
Training and supervising crew members.
Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures.
Interacting with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
Executing cost control systems.
Delegating prep and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift.
Qualifications
Personable, results-oriented self-starter and go-getter.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Dependable and reliable.
Strong written, math, and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation.
Minimum age 18 to work in manager role.
Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
Flexible work availability.
Results-oriented and customer-focused.
Previous customer service experience helpful.
Will undergo background screening in accordance with local laws and regulations.
